Pat & Pinky's Taste of Guyana - Ultimate Pepper Sauce & Chutney Bundle

Guyana, the only English-speaking country in South America, hosts a completely unique culture and an exciting blend of Amerindian, Black African, East Indian, Chinese, Portuguese and European influences. This cultural blend provided the framework for a distinct and unique Guyanese cuisine centred around the Wiri Wiri chilli pepper, also known as the "Guyana Chilli" or the "Flava Chilli".

A smokey, sticky, sweet, hickory BBQ sauce that is well-balanced with a creeping warm Wiri Wiri chilli heat. This will be the new go-to BBQ sauce in your cupboard. Totally moorish!

Original Wiri Wiri Chilli Pepper Sauce 200ml
Pat & Pinky's Original Wiri Wiri Chilli Sauce is made using the amazing Wiri Wiri and Tiger Teeth chillies, which are indigenous to Guyana. Starting with refreshing cucumber, black pepper, a blend of Guyanese thyme, and green mango, the palette is assaulted by the tantalising taste of Wiri Wiri.

A great condiment and fantastic as a dip.

The Scorpion chilli, second hottest chilli in the world and indigenous to Guyana’s neighbouring Trinidad, adds a heat that kicks the palette leaving behind a multitude of Flava's dancing in the mouth.

This sweet chilli chutney is an amazing combination of the familiar with the exotic, combining traditional aubergine with the tropical Flava of ripe plantain. Can be used alongside your favourite snack or as an added ingredient.
