Gator Wet/Dry Clamp-On Sanding Sheets 400, 600 Grit 6-Pack are the ideal choice when wet sanding and finishing by hand are required. The latex backing provide maximum durability while being flexible enough for sanding curved or contoured surfaces. The tough silicon carbide grain helps produce exception finishes in wet sanding applications. The silicon carbide grain is perfect for sanding and smoothing metal surfaces.
• Waterproof backing is perfect for both wet and dry sanding.
• 400 grit is best for wet or dry sanding of primer coats before painting
• 600 grit sheets are best for sanding between coats of paint and to wet sand primer coats
• Use dry during the preparation phase of a project, usually when removing existing finishes, rust and oxidation. It is also key when sanding and shaping body fillers and primer coats
