SHIPPING

We will ship your item within 1 - 5 working days upon successful payment.

Normally it would take between 11 - 23 working days for delivery (Economy Shipping) & (Standard Express Shipping) 4 - 6 working days on all international order (Monday-Friday and not including local public holidays). 

Sometimes, it may take up to 30 working days for your parcel to arrive. If your item has not arrived within above time frame, kindly contact us via ebay message for prompt assistance.

The item will be shipped with a tracking number.

Proof of shipment will be kept for future references.

Your item will be packed properly to avoid any damage.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

For undelivered packages due to the buyer's fault (receiver non-contactable by the courier upon delivery or the wrong address/ contact submitted by the buyer), when the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping costs if the buyer wish us to resend the item.

RETURN INFORMATION

If the item arrived damaged / faulty or the wrong item is sent, please contact us with photo proof. We will arrange either a refund or a replacement for you at our expense.

If you wish to return your item for any other reason apart from damaged on delivery or wrong item sent, please send the item back to us with the original unused and unopened packaging. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Once the item reach us and inspected, we will arrange a refund to you.
