Item is in good condition with minor wear such as scratches. The arms of the candle will be removed in order to ship the item. They simply screw back into the candle holder. (Using a small washer or nut will make it easier to fixate the candle holder in the uprigt position). This is not necessary but it will help. See all photos for details on size and condition.
