At Avartek customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We aim to dispatch all orders placed (Monday – Friday before 12pm) on the same working day. All orders received after 12pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

Unwanted Goods

If your goods are no longer wanted, you can return them within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Please ensure the goods are unopened are returned in their original packaging. The cost you will incur is the postage cost for the return of the item and the original postage cost for sending the item out. Please contact us for return instructions.

Wrong / Faulty / Damaged Goods

We aim to maintain high quality products, however if you do receive a product that is wrong, faulty or damaged please contact us for return instructions. Products will be replaced or refunded once received. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging.

Items ordered in error 

If an order is placed in error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will happily exchange the product for the correct product and refund the difference where applicable. Please note you may incur additional shipping costs in some circumstances. 

Order Cancellation

If you have placed an order by mistake or wish to cancel the order, we require you to contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancelorders that have already been prepared for shipment.You may incur a postage cost for the return of the item and the original postage cost for sending the item out.

Incorrect Address

When you place an order, it is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct. We only ship to the registered address on your PayPal account, please make sure the address is correct prior to ordering. If the shipping address provided is missing key details such as the house number or street name, we are unable to process a refund or replace your order. Please ensure you check your address carefully before confirming your order.
