Large Ceramic Sandblaster Nozzle Assembly: C1 Kennametal Nozzle & Holder & Valve

Sandblaster valve & nozzle holder that uses the large (3-3/4" long) ceramic nozzles.  The larger nozzles outlast the smaller ceramic nozzles many times over.  Engineered and made for pressure assisted sandblasters.  This nozzle holder uses the same style of ceramic nozzles that the big "Deadman valves" use.  This assembly includes 1 ceramic nozzle of your size choice.

Whether you are building your own blaster or are looking for a replacement nozzle holder assembly, you won't be disappointed with this design. These are the same nozzle assemblies featured in our sandblaster plan sets that we used to offer but available now on Gizmoplans.

Large Heavy Duty Nozzle Holder

• Engineered and machined all Steel Nozzle Holder
• Large Hex nut is easy to turn & provides easy removal to change out nozzles as needed
• Accepts Kennametal nozzles as well as off-brand nozzles.  (The off-brand nozzles are usually a little smaller on the large end)

Stainless Steel Heavy Duty Ball Valve

• 3/4" NPT threads allow for use with both large and small blasters
• The use of pipe adapters is acceptable with this design
• Large handle makes it easy to open or close valve

Upgrade that Harbor Freight / Clarke or Chinese pot blaster to a real rust removing machine with one of these.  The nozzles last much longer than the small ones that come with the Chinese units as there is a lot more material to wear away   You will be money ahead by upgrading as well as more satisfied with it's performance.
