Superior  quality by Stafford.  100% Worsted wool.   This was purchased from JC Penney, but was the wrong size.

Armpit  to  armpit  across  the  chest  measures  23.5 inches.

Shoulder seam  to  seam measures  20 inches.

Shoulder seam  to cuff  measures  28 inches.

Overall  length  measured  from  the  bottom  of  the  collar  is  34 inches.
