Paypal is preferred but Bank transfer is also accepted.
Once payment is received, I will ship your order within 3 business days. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days.
Please note that your order will be sent as a letter with no tracking provided for small size stamp(we charge $3.6 for postage) or tracking parcel for big size stamp (we charge $8.49 for postage). Envelopes/Parcels may not arrive in perfect flat condition due to handling by Post office personnel during postage.
If you reside in a rural area, you may experience extended delivery times due to post office standard mail service. Please be prepared for additional delivery time if you live outside a major metropolitan area.
We hope you love your custom stamp. As this is a personalised product made specifically to your requirements, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect information supplied by the buyer, or other non-quality-related reasons.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if production has not yet started. Once artwork has been approved, production has commenced, or the item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Quality Issues
If your stamp arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved design, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or other suitable solution.
