Here is a high-quality reproduction phonograph table horn crane.  Sold originally by Columbia and others, this style of crane supports small horns up to around 18" in length, including those made of brass, glass, etc. equipped with a horn-hanging ring.  An image from an original Columbia catalog displaying this style of crane is posted in this listing.

The round base of these cranes measures 4" in diameter and overall height can range from 12" to 14".  They are constructed of nickel-plated brass and steel and display very nicely.
