This quality pressure compensated adjustable flow control valve is used to Split One flow into Two Flows, it is adjusted by moving a handle through a 90 degree arc.
Flow out of the controlled "Flow Port" can be varied between 0 and 114 lit/minute depending on model. (Please message select from drop down menu. )

Any remaining flow will be bypassed to the "Excess Flow" port
This "Excess Flow" can be used to power another circuit or it can just return to tank.
Once the "Controlled Flow" has been adjusted and set it will remain nearly constant whether pressure changes on either the Controlled or Excess flow ports.
These valves can also be used as a restrictive flow control by plugging the "Excess Flow" port.
Fitted with a built in adjustable pressure relief preset at 2500 PSI at 60 Lt/minute.
Please be aware that if during operation the "Controlled flow" port is blocked the valve will compensate in such a way as to shut off flow to the "Excess port", please ensure that your pump is protected with a relief valve should this happen.
It should be noted that whenever these valves are used to bypass or restrict flow heat will be generated.
Please ensure that if oil temperature exceeds a constant 65 degrees Celsius coolers may need to be installed.
It has a 200 Bar (3000 PSI) maximum operating pressure (depending on model selected) & has the safety relief factory set to 2500psi (adjustable from 750-3000psi)
Once set, it maintains constant speed regardless of load variation.
