Shipping

We have a specially modified Van to carry all our Glass. This gives us the advantage of not having to package the item which makes it easier for inspection upon arrival.  To remain competitive our drivers works alone and is only Insured to provide a kerbside delivery. Please have adequate labour on site to off load the van. For every order we require a contact name and number to person/s receiving delivery on site.  On the day of the delivery you will be given am/pm slot. Once the driver is on the way to you, a live location (via WhatsApp) will be shared so you are able to track your item to your door in real time. This allows you to carry on with your day and are not bound by the site all morning/afternoon.

Delivery will be in approximately 10 days or less from receiving full payment.

Accepting Delivery

Please be prepared to inspect the item and leave eBay feedback to confirm receipt of the item.  We find this to be more suitable to maintain Social Distance and environmentally friendly (no physical delivery note). Please have adequate amount of people to offload the glass from the van. (Kerbside Delivery Only) 

Damages and Returns

Please inspect your Flat roof Glass upon Delivery and before it is off loaded with the Driver present. In the unlikely event that your glass arrives damaged please tell the Driver and reject Delivery. The driver will then return the item to the depot. If delivery is accepted we can't accept responsibility from that point forward. All our Glass conforms to the Glass and Glazing Federation Guidelines. Due to the items being custom made to order, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged. In the unlikely event there are issues with your order please contact us first to resolve before leaving feedback and we’ll work to come to an agreement.
