Free Postage is by Royal Mail Second Class and is therfore untracked, unless you upgrade, then it will include tracking, I post the same day, if purchased before 3pm or the next day, if purchased after 3pm M-F, i post Saturday if purchased before 10am or Monday if purchased after 10am. Collection at the Post Office is at 5pm daily by the Royal Mail Monday to Friday, then goes on to the Sorting Office, the Royal Mail sometimes takes longer than the advertised 2-3 working days to deliver. EBay attach a random tracking number which is never updated which can cause confusion, so please be patient and contact us before opening a case, as this effects our rating.
