This swimming pool pump is made with heavy-duty, corrosion-proof construction. The stainless steel motor shaft is constructed with a reinforced thermoplastic body for longer life and durability. Please connect only to a grounding type receptacle protected by a ground-fault circuit-interrupter (GFCI). To reduce the risk of electric shock, install at least 10 feet from the inside walls of a pool. Do not use an extension cord. This pump is for use with permanently installed pools only-Do not use with storable pools.

Problem Description:

1,The Pump Pressure is low; The Pump loses Pressure after being energized; Pump is running, But no water coming out.

 

Causes:
The pump head is not filled with water, causing the pump to run without water.
During the installation process of the pump, the inlet and outlet pipes are not tightly sealed, and the air leaks inside the pump head. During the operation, the air inside the pump head is pulled in, resulting in insufficient internal pressure, weak pump pressure, no pressure on the pump, no water

Solution:

When pumping water, the pump head is filled with water; the pump head transparent cover is tightened; the water pumpinlet and outlet joints are installed, and the raw material belts are tightened when the pipes are installed to prevent air leakage at the joints of the pipes.
Before pumping, the pump head should be filled with water.
Inlet and outlet joints wrapped around the raw material tape, beware of leaks.
Tightening when installing the inlet and outlet, beware of leaks.
The pump head transparent cover is tightened to prevent air leakage and water seepage

2,Pump motor trip

Causes:
1,The water pump motor enters water or pump operating environment is excessively humid, and causing the motor to short-circuit and burn.
2,The pump prevents the inlet from entering the water and burns the motor
3,There is Water in The Pump

Causes:
Our company carries out a full inspection (pumping) of the water pump, and it might result in some package still leave some water in it, It is normal.

4,The Pump stop working suddenly

Causes:
Our company's products are equipped with temperature protection device, when the motor temperature is too high, the temperature protection device will start, It will stop pump working, if the motor is shut down in the normal operation process , generally there is foreign matter inhalation in the pump, resulting in the impeller stuck, motor temperature rise , pump stop working.
Solution:
Clean up the waste inside the filter screen of the water pump regularly to prevent the waste foreign matter from flowing into the water pump to jam the impeller.
Disassemble the pump body, clean up the foreign matter on the back of the pump body to ensure that there is no foreign matter blocking the impeller, and re-assembly can be reused.
The foreign matter of the pump impeller and the diffuser is matched with the foreign matter, causing the impeller to be stuck and cleaning the foreign matter.
