If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition and we’ll exchange or refund it. This should be within 14 days of receiving your order. Most of the items are dispatched in one working day after receiving the clear payment and our standard free shipping option is by Royal Mail 2nd class which normally takes 2-3 working days but as per royal mail its not guaranteed so in very rear cases it could take up to 5 working days.
