It works - the tail spins and the dog moves in a circular / hula hoop motion. It measures about 7 1/4" tall.
It is marked on the yellow circular by the key: Made In Japan.
Other than missing the covering for the tail, it is in good, clean overall condition.
The only wear I can find is on the covering of the paws.
