RARE “21st Annual Report of the Commissioner of Railroads of the State of Michigan for the Year 1893”. Has a printed gift tag from Simeon Billings who was the railroad commissioner for Genesee County.

The book is in incredibly poor condition. The ripped spine has been taped back together with 3 long strands of tape, the page block is completely loose from the boards and all end papers and pages of the index at the front of the book are completely loose from the binding. This book would benefit from a professional reminding. Sold as is!
