What are your delivery options in Australia?

•   Free Standard Delivery
•   Express Delivery - $10
Your package will be sent from Melbourne using Australian Post.
All the infomation you need will be sent in your dispatch email as soon as your package has left our warehouse.

How late in the day can I place my order?

If the payment is cleared before 23:00, your order will be leave our warehouse on the next business day.
•   Free postage and Express Delivery (Monday to Friday)  –  22:00
Orders placed after Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

PARCEL DISPATCH & SEND

When will my order been sent after payment?

• Monday to Friday - If the payment is cleared before 22:00, your order will leave our warehouse on the next day. Or it will be dispatched in the following business day.
• Weekends/Public Holidays - Your parcel will be dispatched in the following business day.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

• Australian Post Standard Delivery - Up to 5 business days
• Australian Post Registered (Signiture Required) - Up to 5 business days
• Australian Post Express Parcel (Registered included) - Next business day delivery(Some states are not covered by Australian Post next day guarantee program)

It may takes longer for the remote area.

FAULTY ITEM / WRONG ITEM

The item received is faulty/I received the wrong item, and I want to apply for refund, what should I do?

According to eBay customer return policy, unfortunately the refund request without photo proofs will not be accepted.

All products are checked before sending. If the item received as faulty, to ensure the minimal refund processing time, please contact us directed as following:

• Take photo of the damaged item, faulty item, wrong item or screenshots of incompatible scence as a proof.
• Send us ebay message stating the problem and your wish for exchange or refund, we will try the best to satisfy your requirement.
• Please wait for 2-3 business day for our after sales team to approve the application. We might kindly ask you to send the defect item back us for further improvement in our products.
• The refund money will directly go into your paypal account/bank account once we receive the item returned.
• Alternatively we will send you the new one once approved.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do offer the exchange/refund for this scenario ONLY the item is:
- in its original packaging
- have not been used
- within 30 Days since order received.

Please include your ebayID on the your return item's packaging. For exchange, buyer is requested to pay for the return postage fee in this condition. For refund, a postage fee according to the parcel size will be deducted from the amount of order.

• Please send us ebay message regarding the order placed and your requirments.
• Once we get back to you, for exchanging item, it is recommended to place a new order of the right item you'd like to buy.
• Send the item back to us and provide us the tracking number
• We will refund your previous order and send you remind message after we receive the item.
• The refund money will directly go into your paypal account/bank account once we receive the item returned.
• Alternatively we will send you the new one as per request.

CANCELLATION

I need to cancel my order and I have made the payment, what do I need to do?

• We will send you the address confirmation message, if you find the address is in correct or you want to cancel the order, please contact us immediately via eBay message. We will issue the refund ASAP.
• Please be kindly noted that being unable to notify us before 21:30pm, buyer has to be responsible to the return the item to us to get the order refund.
  
  - Also the amount of the refund will be deducted by the inital postage fee bear by seller.
