Fits standard K20A throttle body stud pattern, can accommodate from standard size up to 73mm throttle bodies, no need for blox adaptor.
Comes with fuel rail risers and manifold to head gasket.
For all K20A's - take of the water adapter housing on the right hand side of the cylinder head and use this manifold instead, it combines both in one.
