Vermont American 23144 3/8" Cove & Fillet/Classical Cove Carbide Tipped Router Bit.  This item comes with another bearing and an Allen wrench for changing out the bearings.  By using the 1/2" bearing, the router bit produces the cove and fillet profile.  Using the 3/8" bearing, the router bit produces the classical cove profile.
