I especially love how there is an embroidered apple after McAuliffe's name! A great tribute to the teacher.

Purchased at an estate sale with a similar one for Mission STS-26 (Check my shop for that listing). Previous owner was likely an employee of EG&G Florida at the time of the launch on January 28, 1986. EG&G Florida of Cape Canaveral, FL is a National Defense Contractor who had the Base Operations Contract for Kennedy Space Center during this mission. They provided fire protection, security and data processing for the base.

In great condition for it's age. I see tiny pin marks in each corner and some general handling wear, but it will frame beautifully. Please see pictures for condition details, they are an important part of the description. Picture #1 is a scan.
