Return conditions

  • Returns must be in their original, unused condition with any tags still attached.

  • Contact must be made within 30 days to initiate the return procedure.

  • The return postage costs back to us is the responsibility of the buyer. If you want to exchange your order, we will cover the return shipping of the new item back to you.

  • Your refund will be issued in the same payment method as you originally made.

If you need your item express shipped, please contact us prior to ordering. Express shipping may incur an additional fee and we will quote you the express options available to you along with associated costs.
