Return for any other reason-buyer must pay return shipping, item must be complete in unused condition and resalable, refund will be made once item is received, inspected and considered refundable. You must return the item within 14 business days of requesting the return. 

Returns because you changed your mind or buyers remorse may be subject to a 20% restocking fee "to our discretion" and our initial cost of shipping the items to you the Buyer is not refundable.
