EDM

General Purpose

• Extra-sharp, pure white aluminum oxide grains, a specially formulated bond and proprietary treatment.
• Cut well, hold their shape and resist loading.
• Suitable for use on both EDM and machined surfaces of all tool and hardened steels.

Oil-Treated

• Hard, general purpose aluminum oxide stones excellent for machined surfaces
• Soaked with oil during manufacture; can be used dry without pre-lubrication.
• Offer fine cutting ability.
• Hold shape for finishing mold details.

Diemaker

• Medium hard aluminum oxide with the characteristics of fast cutting & moderate breakdown.
• Ideal for general purpose stoning on hard and soft grades of mold steel and for pre-finishing aluminum, beryllium copper & kirksite.

Moldmaker Plus

• Medium-hard, green silicon carbide stones breakdown slowly.
• Ideal for stoning contours and radii.
• Produce a silky matte finish on all pre-hardened tool steels, from 28HRC through 60 HRC, A2 & M2.
