Vintage 1935 Teal, White & Gold Teacup & Saucer. Made by the OK Company in Japan.

From what we found out in our research, OK Company used this logo from 1930 to 1950. We know there were no Japanese items imported into the USA between December 1941 and 1945  and from 1947 thru 1952, all imports from Japan were required to be labeled with the words "Made In Occupied Japan". We're guessing no Japanese manufacturers were using English labels on their products in the time between Dec 1941 and Sep 1945 (America's participation in war)...so we believe this was made before America entered WWII; and we're GUESSING it is 1935 vintage.

Condition is Very Good, Used. No chips, cracks, breaks, scratches, wear, or color fading in this piece. There is one manufacturing flaw on the cup; a spot where there is a void in the teal coloring. See the last photo included with this post for a MAGNIFIED view of this issue.
