Shipment:

Return and refund:

·         If the item cannot be received within 14 days, please contact me asap. We will send you another item. If the item is the only one left, we will refund the full charge. After 14 days, we are not response the item if you don’t inform us.

·         If the item is received, but is damaged, please kindly provide the picture of the item. We will resend you another item based on the picture you provide, or we will refund the charge if the item is the last one on hand. If refund is requested, the customer should response for the shipping charges. The refund will be only issued once the item is shipped back. 

·         We don’t do any exchange or refund if you are simply not satisfy with the item you purchase. So please feel free to ask us questions before you make the purchase.
