If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first before returning the items within 30 days. The item must be unworn and unaltered in order to get a refund. When returning the item, please include your eBay ID in the package.
Please note, exchanges for different size and color are not available. Customer can place a new order for a different color or sizes. NOTE: If you have received a wrong size or color, please contact us with Order ID, your return fee will be waived and we will send out the correct item.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders, once payment has cleared, will begin processing within 24 hours. Once an order has begun processing, it is not possible for you, or us to edit it prior to shipment. Please make sure all information is input correctly before submitting your order.
Once your order ships, you will get an email with the tracking information. Due to our multiple fulfillment centers, your order may be shipped in separate shipments.
Lost by Carrier: We are not responsible for any errors made by the carrier. However, if you have not received your package after 7 days of the delivery confirmation email, please email us with order ID and we will be more than happy to resolve the issue, if possible.
