Shipping:

 

We appreciate that you require your items as quickly as possible. We will therefore endeavour to dispatch all items within one full working day.

 

We use Royal Mail 1st class for our smaller items and various reputable Couriers for larger parcels

 

Most of our items should arrive between 1-3 working days but please be aware that we have no control over Royal Mail shipping times.

 

If for some reason your item has not arrived or is delayed please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

If the listing specifically states we ship to destinations other than UK mainland then only that listing is available for non UK Shipping.

 

Please also be aware that if your item is larger than Royal Mail Standard parcel specifications then additional costs will be involved for the following areas: CHANNEL ISLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND, THE SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ANY OTHER NON MAINLAND LOCATIONS. Please contact us for further details and costs.

 

For large items or items that need to be put on pallets we use a number of Hauliers so please contact us for costs as these do vary.

 

 

 

Terms of Sale:

 

Our shipping is by Royal Mail or any other reputable courier we choose.

 

Items will only be sent to the verified address on Paypal

 

If your item is faulty on delivery then please return it within 14 working days using a tracked service, we can then on receipt refund your money including postage after the item has been assessed.

 

Should you decide you do not require your item or have ordered incorrectly then please return the item to us within 14 days. We will then be able to refund everything excluding the postage costs involved. If your item was free delivery we will deduct 20% of the cost for postage.

 

Please note we will not refund or replace an item that has not arrived until 15 days have passed because Royal Mail will not entertain anything less.
