The courier's delivery times are those indicated in the insertion, on average between 24 and 48 hours, with delays in holidays, summer, areas that are difficult to reach. If within 3 working days do not receive the package please contact us. We do not have the possibility to check for any stocks.

We ship all over the world using top quality and specific packaging for food.

 The following materials are used in the warehouse:

-Pluriball: to protect all delicate items like the glass ones, and as a last protection to make the packaging soft and shock test

 -Sentenable: to wrap the entire packaging and protect it from any atmospheric agents

 -Cantinette of food polystyrene: create specifically for the transport of food. Used to enclose delicate articles but also fresh goods such as mozzarella, cheeses and pastry articles

-Cartoni and Scotch to pack non -perishable and less fragile articles. 

As for the shipments of fresh products, the sending of the product takes place directly from the manufacturer after a few hours from the production, therefore in the morning.

Fresh cheeses such as buffalo mozzarella and other types of travel together with the government liquid. Enclosed in double food envelopes, enclosed inside the aforementioned polystyrene cellars and accompanied by synthetic ice panettes.

These products are shipped by express courier with delivery in 24 hours throughout Italy and in some areas, it can also deliver in 48 hours.

For shipments to non -European nations where transit times exceed 72 hours we only ship not perishable articles such as pasta, coffee, flour, peeled, preserves etc ....
