This half facepiece reusable respirator 7500 Series uses advanced silicone material to help provide comfortable and durable respiratory protection. The 3M™ Cool Flow™ Valve helps make breathing easier and can reduces heat and moisture build-up for cool, dry comfort.

The 3M™ Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator 7500 Series helps provide protection against particulates and a wide variety of gases and vapors when used with approved 3M cartridges and filters. When properly fitted and used with approved 3M™ cartridges and filters, this respirator (commonly referred to as a “mask”) helps provide respiratory protection at concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL). This respirator uses an advanced silicone material that provides a softer feel on the face. A unique adjustment design helps reduce pressure points on the face for even more comfort. The 3M™ Cool Flow™ Valve helps make breathing easier and can offer cooler and drier comfort for the wearer. Head harness may be adjusted to drop down when not in active use (allows respirator to be removed without taking off hard hat). The exhalation valve cover directs exhaled breath and moisture downward while helping protect the valve area from debris while also making for easier cleaning. Recommended applications include abatement, painting, welding, chemical handling, construction, utilities, mining, pharmaceutical, and smelting. NIOSH, a Federal government regulatory agency, has tested and approved the 7500 Series with 3M™ cartridges, filters or supplied air systems to help reduce breathing certain airborne contaminants. This half facepiece respirator may be used with 3M™ Cartridge 6000 Series; 3M™ Filters 2000, 2200, 7000 or 5000 Series; or 3M™ Dual Airline Systems against a variety of gases, vapors, and particulate hazards according to NIOSH approvals. Breathing hazardous particles, gases and vapors can be harmful to your health. The 3M™ half Facepiece Reusable Respirator 7500 Series helps reduce exposure to many contaminants. Our 3M™ 7500 Series reusable respirators are made from an advanced silicone material to help give your crew comfort throughout their shifts. The adjustable features are designed to help reduce pressure and tension points on the wearer's face, while the adjustable head cradle provides a secure, personalized fit.

When this respirator is not in active use, the drop-down feature allows the respirator to be taken off without having to remove a hard hat.

3M™ Advanced Particulate Filters 2200 Series are made with electrostatic media to enhance the capture of airborne particles and reduce breathing resistance. This technology makes these particulate filters lightweight and easier to breathe through. In fact, the 2200 Series is approximately 25% easier to breathe through compared with the standard 3M™ Particulate Filters 2000 Series, meaning easier breathing while you work. Easy breathing allows workers to stay comfortable on the job and may increase the useful life of the filter.

The 3M™ Advanced Particulate Filters 2200 Series are easy to install. An exterior netting enhances the durability of the filters. These filters are flame resistant. Plus, wide range of applications can help reduce inventory needs.

After you've determined the contaminants and exposure levels in your work environment, help protect your employees with a properly fitted 3M™ Reusable Respirator and corresponding particulate filters. 3M™ Advanced Particulate Filters 2200 Series are NIOSH-approved as P100 filters and are designed to help filter a broad range of oil and non-oil based airborne particulate contaminants including lead, asbestos, cadmium, arsenic, and MDA when used with half and full facepieces, and certain 3M™ Scott™ full facepieces. P100 filters provide at least 99.97% filtration efficiency against solid and liquid aerosols including oils.

These filters help provide respiratory protection from particulate contaminant concentrations up to 10 times the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces and 50 times the OSHA PEL with quantitatively fit tested full facepieces. Some models include nuisance level organic vapor or acid gas relief. Not for use in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) or contain hazardous levels of organic vapors and/or acid gases.
