In the case of my military surplus items I would like to stress that you are purchasing military surplus from around the world. Unless the item states that it is new, NOS condition in packaging items in non or un-issued condition can be 50 years old or more. They will not show wear or signs of use but they have been stored for years and shipped around the world so they will show signs of storage and may have that military surplus smell.

Swedish Military 100%  ribbed cotton Heavyweight Thermal Long John bottoms in Size Medium to XL. These were manufactured by Swedish military contractors for the Swedish military in the early 1990's. Made from a heavyweight 100% cotton these are very nice and very warm. The great thing with these cotton long johns is that you get the warmth without the itchiness of pure wool.

These are in NOS, new old stock Grade 1 condition. No signs of use or wear but may show minor long term storage marks, minor soiling, tiny spot stains, etc. These all have an elastic waist, slotted fly opening and ribbed leg cuffs. These are the best quality cotton long johns that I have found yet. Very nice thermal bottoms. I'm constantly looking for the matching tops. The Size Medium should still fit a Size Small just fine. Size Large should still fit a Size Medium just fine, the XL will fit a Large just fine.

The 5-Medium fits a 27" to 34" waist and the inseam is app. 30". 

The 6-L fits a 28" to 36" waist and the inseam is app. 32". 

The 7-XL fits a 31" to 40" waist and the inseam is app. 34".
