The wine styles available include reds, whites and rosés and are as follows:

Cabernet Sauvignon.The full-bodied, complex wines made from this grape are well balanced and intense with splended fragrances, high in tannin & a velvety finish

Cabernet Shiraz. Cabernet Sauvignon's structural intensity perfectly complements the ripe fruit and chocolate flavors of Shiraz, for rich, complex and hearty red wine of outstanding character. Big, bold and dark a luxurious treat.4

Chardonnay.  Fragrant and crisp wines derived from Chardonnay are rich and well balanced with wonderful body and finesse and a lingering after taste.

Grenache Rosé/White Grenache. Medium to sweet, smooth and light bodied with vibrant flavours of fresh strawberries, a hint of watermelon and a little spiciness. A perfect wine to serve with lighter foods such as green salads tossed in a tangy vinaigrette or with grilled seafood. A good party wine with very wide appeal.

Malbec. Bright and intense ruby-red with youthful purple tints and aromas of fresh fruits - a result of the high altitude vineyard plots. Plums and blackberries are overlain with subtle violet notes to give a premium wine with great structure and a long and intensely fruity finish.

Merlot. This grape produces a rich fruity non-astringent wine that, because of its softness, is often blended with many of the world's finest red wines.

Nebbiolo. An enormously robust wine with a good depth of colour. Velvety 
wines of extraordinary elegance with a hint of violets & pungent after taste.

Pinot Grigio. A dry wine with a pleasant zip of acidity, and a pleasant floral fragrance with tremendous flavours which make it an ideal social wine.

Pinot Noir.  The famous red grape used for all red Burgundy wines and the majority of Champagnes. The juice is less tannic and richer textured than Cabernet Sauvignon, and therefore it matures more rapidly. Characteristics: Soft, fruity and smooth.

Rojo Tinto. A dry medium-bodied, delicate wine with subtle grassy, herbal aromas. This herbaceous wine pairs well with chicken with a wild herb stuffing, salads and vegetarian dishes.

Sauvignon Blanc. A dry medium-bodied, delicate wine with subtle grassy, herbal aromas.

Shiraz. Super ripe fruity and bold flavoured wine. A delicious and satisfying New World Winter Warmer, with peppery undertones.

Chateau du Roi. Full bodied, yet soft & quick to mature. A fine oak aroma makes this an ideal accompaniment to hearty red meat dishes. If you like Chateauneuf du Pape you will love this one.

White Zinfandel.  A light-bodied blush wine with a delicate, fruity flavour profile. Crisp, refreshing and easy-drinking.
