Quality and lots of style with these Express black slouch boots. Slip on style, 3 1/2" heel height, 10 3/4" height, lots of character with fringe and buckle design. Comfortable and so pretty! I only have a size 6 available. If it shows a size 8 I do not have that size. I keep taking it out and it keeps reappearing. Thank you.
