Classic California Chardonnay

Supple and slightly buttery, this wine lingers on the palate with layers of toast and spice. Extremely versatile with foods, this is the 'red wine' of white wines, combining beautifully with grilled pork, chicken, fish, salads and cream-based pasta sauces.

Kits come with concentrates, yeast and all ingredients necessary to produce five 750ml bottles of great tasting wine. Bottles not included.

Equipment Needed:

• Two gallon food grade bucket with lid and air lock for primary fermentation
• One gallon jug for secondary fermentation.
• Siphoning equipment.
• Five 750ml bottles of ten 375 ml bottles
• Corks and corker
