This is a VTG The North Face Stow Jacket. It is Purple Blue and Black and has a Men's Small size tag.

The front: 2 zipped pockets. One stow pocket. North Face Zip closure. The North Face Logo Embroidered Stitched on the chest. Hewlett Pacquard Components Embroidered on the left arm.

Armpit to armpit is 22.5 inches. 
Shoulder to end of jacket is 25 inches(front) & 28 inches(back).
Sleeve length is 26 inches.
