To get these and the entire US Capitol Building scene - 1) You had to have the FULL Season ticket package

** Most people got the 1/2 or partial season package or had their tickets downloaded and printed - so only a SMALL percentage had the special full color printed tickets. **

2) You had to have the nicely printed set of TWO tickets from the Nationals

3) You had to have the person NOT go to the games so they did not rip off the bottom part. 

4) And the hardest part, you had to have 2 tickets in a row that were for the same team - or you would end up with a display of the Nats. with 2 different teams on the pair.

VERY DIFFICULT SET OF 2 GREAT TICKETS NICELY DISPLAYED ON A 7x9 PLAQUE.
