HYDRAULIC STEERING SYSTEMS ARE SIMPLE AND EFFICIENT. THE BASIC SYSTEM CONSISTS
OF THREE MAIN COMPONENTS:
THE
HELM UNIT
THE
BSA HELM PUMP IS AN AXIAL PISTON PUMP SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR MANUAL
STEERING. IT HAS A BUILT-IN LOCK VALVE TO PREVENT THE STEERING LOAD FROM
FEEDING BACK TO THE DRIVER. THE LOCK VALVE WILL NOT ALLOW THE RUDDER OR DRIVE
UNIT TO MOVE UNTIL YOU MOVE IT WITH THE STEERING WHEEL. THE LOCK VALVE SECTION
OF THE HELM ALSO INCLUDES A RELIEF VALVE. THIS RELIEF VALVE PROVIDES
OVER-PRESSURE PROTECTION FOR MECHANICAL COMPONENTS AND HYDRAULIC HOSES AND
FITTINGS.

STEERING APPLICATIONS.

POSTAGE AND DISPATCH
After payment is cleared 98% of all items are
dispatched within one business day, Express Post for smaller items 1-3 day
however for large items please allow 3-10 business days for it to arrive. Your
item will be sent via courier.
Buyers will be able to trace the delivery
online with a unique tracking number.
Buyers have the full responsibility to
provide us with the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the
checkout page before payment. Any changes to address after checkout will not be
considered as valid.
Our couriers deliver to the property entrance
only.
We cannot guarantee door to door delivery for
every customer. Buyers in remote areas such as farms, islands, mining camps,
small towns, or out-of-towners, etc may need to collect from their nearest
freight depot.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
If your item was purchased in error, or
you've simply changed your mind, it may not be too late for a refund. To see if
you are eligible, please see the following requirements:
We must be notified within 30 days of you
receiving the item that you intend to return it. All relevant returns
information will be provided at this time.
The item must be returned at the buyers cost
in original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (ready to be put
back on the shelf)
The item is securely packed to ensure it is
received in original and re-saleable condition.
The item/s are NOT opened, used, worn or
damaged, and are in perfect condition when received
Do NOT stick or write anything on the item
itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the
outer postage packaging.
Handling fees will apply
If the item was sent with free postage, a 20%
postage fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the item has sustained damage in transit,
or does not return as noted above, a revised refund amount may be

12 months warranty will apply to all
products.
If items are defective, damaged or show any
symptoms of operation failure during the warranty period, please contact us and
we will help solve the problem.
Customers need to send photos or videos to us to
show the problem first. Then we will offer a full or partial refund, send a
replacement, or send parts.
New replacements or a full refund will be offered
for an item which shows a serious problem and cannot be fixed.
Replacement or full refund will be offered for items within 30 days of buying.
Replacement or refund will be sent to buyers after faulty products are returned to the warehouse.
