- Free delivery items are dispatched via Australia Post with no tracking number unless specified.

- If the item arrived damaged or faulty we will replace it provided you send us suffeciant images
- The item you received is different from what you've purchased.
- All damaged or faulty item must be reported within 7 days after the parcel is received by buyer.
- For refunds if you change your mind you have up to 30 days from date of purchase for a refund. All refunds have a 10% restocking fee.
- For refunds the item must be unused and in new condition. Used or damanged items cannot be returned
