Large Vintage Chinese Hand Painted Gourd. Unusual and beautiful! Gorgeous hand painted with wonderful detail and lacquered. The signature is on the side of the gourd. Date appears to be 30s-40s. Very good condition with no cracks, chips, fading. Beautiful knitted piece inside the gourd ( see photos). Measures 13”x12” with a 7” hanger and 4” tassel. It appears to have a glaze. The glaze is duller in the top half, the bottom half is shinier.
