BACKDROP ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

• 1) Take out all the screws from the metal arcs

• 2) Lay all the six metal arcs flat on the floor, paired with same letters

• 3) Connect all six metal arcs together to make a full circle, do not put in the screws now; adjust the positions and/or rearrange the sequence of the metal arcs if they did not connect at first

• 4) A After the full circle is made and arcs are connected to a perfect angle, put in the arc screws all at once first, and only then tighten them all. Screws must be very tight but try not to use a screw driver cos you may strip the screw if you’re not good at it, use a pilar instead

• 5) Place the metal base steadily on the floor

• 6) Have at least two people working together to flip the full circle up, lift and connect it onto the base, tighten the four screws that connect to the base

• 7) Put weight on the base, anchoring it to the floor

• DO NOT connect the metal arcs onto the base until a full circle is made

• Shipping & Handling time will be prolonged to 5-10 business days for bulk orders.

• We ship internationally, and foreign customers have to pay for the shipping costs and customs fees.
• Seller is not responsible for any lost or stolen items if tracking number is provided, buyers will have to file a claim by themselves in case they didn't receive their packages or the package is broken in transit. Buyers are also advised to buy shipping insurance, please message us for detail.
• Special discount for Local Pick Up, please check item thoroughly when you pick up the item, no return or exchange after picking up; $10 to $20 off discount for Local Pick Up, partial refund will be issued to you after your pick up, penalty will be applied for no showing up.

RETURN POLICY

• No exchange. Domestic US returns accepted with 7 days of your purchase, item must be unopened, unused and sent together with all original packaging materials. 25% of restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• International returns not accepted.
• Any product you return must be in same condition you received it and in original packaging.
• Buyers are responsible for the return shipping fee, please send us tracking number after returning.
• Refund will be issued within 7 days after the returned products are delivered and all those are in new, unopened, unused and good conditions.

WARNING

• Please put on weights and anchor tightly on the floor.
• Ask venue if this is allowed before purchasing.
• Colors of actual products may look different from the photos on your viewing devices.
