Condition is Good, Used. No breaks, chips, cracks or scratches in the ceramics, but there are a number places we found where the paint has begun to flake off. See the last 4 photos included in this post for a MAGNIFIED views of the 2 chips in the ceramics (the last 2 photos) and the worst of the chipped paint.also, there is some schmutz on the top of the hat (see the last photo in the series) that looks like residue from a sticker. This may come off with some elbow grease.
