IMPORTANT
(PLEASE READ IN FULL): Please ask for
more pictures or ask questions if you are not sure about anything as I have a “no
returns” policy. That being said, I am willing to make exceptions
on a case-by-case basis to my "no returns" policy and potentially allow
a return for a refund as long as (1) you contact me first explaining the issue
and confirming where to return the item (as I travel a lot and don’t want the
item sitting on doorstep for days or weeks while I’m away – nor do you as you
won’t get a refund until I’m able to inspect the item personally), (2) all
original packaging is enclosed and in undamaged condition, (3) I receive item
back in original undamaged, unworn condition, (4) return shipping is at your
expense, and (5) a return processing fee and original shipping cost must paid
to me in advance prior to returning the item as per the following instructions
and example only. For example, you purchase an item for $100, shipping is
$10, you paid $110. Two days after receiving the item, you decide you
want to return it that day. You must first pay a return processing fee of
20%x $100 (=$20) and original shipping of $10, for a total of $30. Return
shipping is at your own expense. You ship that very same 2nd
day after receiving the item. I receive the item, inspect and determine
it is in original condition, and issue you a refund of $110 (=$100+$10).
NOTE: RETURN PROCESSING FEE AND ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGE MUST BE PAID
PRIOR TO RETURNING THE ITEM. I will then refund the FULL purchase price
upon receipt. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WHATSOEVER UNLESS THIS PROCEDURE IS
FOLLOWED. The return processing fee will increase the longer you have the
item before you ship it back to me: 20% fee
if you ship it back to me within 2 calendar days of it being delivered to
you, 50% fee if you ship it back to me 3
calendar days to 5 calendar days after it is delivered to you, and no refunds /
not returnable if you try to return it more than 5 calendar days after it is
delivered to you. If the item is not returned in pristine condition, with all
tags in pristine and untampered condition, you will not receive a refund and I
will not ship the item back to you again. No exceptions. Colors can vary based
on computer screen setting - I do my best to describe everything accurately,
but if you need a particular color and it has to be a particular shade, please
ask for more photos as there will be no returns accepted whatsoever, including
if the color isn't exactly as you expected (no returns for the item being
"not white enough" or "too white" or "not the shade of
Ivory I was looking for" - just as examples). A given color will look
completely different under different lighting conditions, so if you are picky
about an exact color, please ask all questions prior to purchase, as "item
not as described" will not be valid as this is the manufacturer's named
color and there are photos posted. Item “not
as described” only applies if you bought something that was supposed to be magenta
and received the item in white, and not if you received an item that is indeed magenta
but looks more purple under the fluorescent lights in your house (or more
fuchsia in the sunlight) than in the photos – as lighting conditions (fluorescent
vs incandescent vs sunlight etc) can result in slight color variances. That is
not an “not as described” condition – that is the basic physics of light and
color. Please also make sure you have
reviewed the measurements before purchasing.
Returns are subject to the return processing fee, including if the
reason is buying the "wrong size", or finding it "runs
large" or "runs small". This is standard manufacturer's
sizing. I have a no-returns policy, but
will allow returns under the conditions specified above.
