Paypal is our preferred payment method. It is the quickest and easiest payment method, and insures safety for both buyer and seller.

All payments should be made within 5 days of purchasing an item. If payment is not received within 5 days, the order will be cancelled and a non-payment dispute opened. If you have a problem with payment please let us know asap, we may be able to help.
We always aim for same day despatch on all orders received and paid before 2pm, Monday to Friday.
All orders received during weekends and bank holidays will be despatched the next working day.
For UK orders, we use Royal Mail 1st class for the majority of shipments.

Typically Royal Mail 1st class will arrive within 3 working days. However please allow 7 working days before contacting us if your order has not arrived.
Economy courier deliveries typically take 3-5 working days. Express courier varies, depending on the service used.
Shipments to Europe are normally received within 7 working days, but can vary depending on the destination country, and load on the postal system. Please allow 20 working days before contacting us if there is a problem.
Shipments to the rest of the world can take 7-14 days, depending on the destination country. Please allow 20 working days before contacting us with an issue.
