Only issues are  some marks on the back neck region and a white mark on the bottom back region. See pictures section for these issues. Zipper down vest with fleece lining inside and two front zipper pockets. You can fold the collar down or keep it up. It has an inside pocket as well. It is navy blue with black trim. It has drawstring buttons at the waistline to tighten it or loosen it. The reinforcement foe the jacket is 100% nylon taslon.

Pit to pit measurement is 23 and 1/2 inches.

Top of shoulder measured to bottom of vest is 28 inches.
