This card was obviously used as a receipt as it has date and item and price penciled on it. " 8/17/28 .. 1 musical toilet paper holder 4.90 postage .80 = 5.70".  

The card has teddy bear borders and a bear is clearly seen in the building store front widow.  *** Probably a Rare Card ***    

CONDITION:  Flat with nice corners and no bends.  Card very cleanly popped out of a scrapbook.  Back and LL of front have glue residue.  This has never been soaked.   Pix are representative.
