I have several of these sets in various 'good' condition.  The felt on the mouth piece or inner ear piece may be missing. The head padding may also be missing, but most do have the head padding. I will ship out the best ones first. All pulled from a working environment.  Direct from US military excess supplies. 

Headset Part Number 40853G-03 is a made to order headset special developed for the military. Unfortunately, it’s not a General Aviation Headset and Davis does not make an adapter to convert this plug to dual plugs for G.A. use

The headset is not recommended for General Aviation fixed wing aircraft or helicopters. These do not have the noise cancellation upgrade.
