Installation Guide
1. Warning: DO NOT use a battery tester/voltmeter on these capacitors,
as this may affect the ability of the capacitor to hold a charge.
2. Open caseback
3. Note position of capacitor and remove spent capacitor, noting position
of capacitor electrical contacts
4. Insert new capacitor in same orientation as spent capacitor
5. Ensure that caseback gasket is properly seated and lubricated and
replace caseback
6. For Kinetic, rotate watch rotor approximately 400 times or wear
watch until the second hand(or charge indicating hand) no longer double
skips and watch operates normally
7. For Ecodrive/Solar, place watch in strong sunlight or wear watch
in sunlight until the second hand(or charge indicating hand) no longer
double skips and watch operates normally
8. If you watch does not operate normally, double check the capacitor
installation, charging method and duration, or visit your local watchmaker
for movement inspection.
