International deliveries will be handled by the Royal Mail only within the UK. Once the Goods have been handed to the overseas postal service, no tracking information will be available until a signature is obtained on delivery.

Please note that all items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer; we are unable to reimburse such expenses.

A refund will be processed only on receipt of the returned item. It is thus encouraged that all items are returned using a tracked postal service.
