• The château depicted on the Léoville Barton label is actually that of Château Langoa Barton, with which it shares ownership.

• Wine Spectator gave the 1990 Château Léoville Barton a 93. "Dark ruby color with a red edge. Subtle aromas of black cherry and plum, with hints of mineral and smoke. Full-bodied, with a compacted fruit structure, firm tannins and a long finish. 22,000 cases made."
