This item is brand new in its original box. The bubble pack is damaged as it has a cut along one side. The fan contained within is untouched and unused though. This is a fan designed for vintage large monitors that need temperature control measures. With a fan speed of 2100 rpms and a 38 CFM Air Flow you can be sure that your monitor will stay running at optimal temperatures.
