The glass candle holder is a substantial item, weighing approximately 430g (15oz) and measuring 90mm diameter x 90mm high (3.5 x 3.5 inches). The candle which is included is an English-made non-scented ivory pillar candle, measuring approximately 7cm diameter x 8cm high and has a burn time of around 35 hours.
The personalisation is carried out professionally by us in our own workshops to the highest standards using the very latest in laser engraving technology.

Just like the puffins we are skilful in our work, efficient in how we operate and loyal to our cause of making high quality products for families just like our own.
Payments are processed through eBay. Please simply add the item to your basket and proceed through the eBay Secure Checkout.
We always try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible after payment has been cleared and usually the following day after an order has been placed. This isn't always possible due to high demand particularly as the vast majority of our items are individually personalised to each customer's requirements. Where the required personalisation information isn't provided by a customer, this will also impact on our ability to dispatch an item promptly.
What delivery method do you use?All UK parcels are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery. Some smaller items may be shipped via Royal Mail Large Letter 48 Service. We offer a shipping upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at Checkout for an additional fee. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked Service.
What if my item doesn't arrive when expected?Please check the tracking for your order which you can find in your eBay Account. If a delivery has been attempted and no one was in, you can rearrange delivery with Royal Mail at another suitable time. Alternatively, at this point, you can go to your Local Royal Mail Delivery Office and advise them of your name and address and they will check if your parcel is awaiting collection - take a form of Identification with you. We find that in almost every instance this will be the case. If your item is not there, please contact us and we will look into it further.
What happens if my goods arrive damaged?In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please contact us through your eBay account and provide a photograph and we will ensure that the issue is resolved.
Where you have purchased a personalised item, we are unable to use it for any other customer and unless there is a reasonable query in relation to it, we are not able to accept a return.
For non-personalised items, if you change your mind, or the product is not suitable, then you can return the item for a refund within 30 days. We only accept unopened/unused products. All postage and package costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless we delivered an item to you in error, or the item is damaged or faulty.
